What This Privacy Policy Covers
This policy covers how Jakers Bar and Grill treats your information that Jakers Restaurant receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
Jakers Bar and Grill collects personal information when you register to receive our email news. When you register we ask for information such as your name and email address.

Your credit card informaiton is only held in our database long enough to complete your Gift Card purchase. Once the transaction is complete all credit card data collected during your purchase is purged from our system. We do not store your credit card information and require this informaiton to be submitted for each purchase therefore insuring that your information cannot be stolen by computer hackers. In addition to further insure against idenity theft not even the last four digits of your credit card is ever transmitted back to a web page or via email.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your email sign up is made possible by these cookies and are in no way harmful to your computer system.
