Cody Elliott
General Manager - Meridian, Idaho
I grew up in the mid-west and graduated from Fargo North High School in 1999. My working life began in the restaurant business in 1994. I loved the fast paced atmosphere and the challenge of preparing a good meal. The snow and mountains brought me to Missoula, Montana to attend the University of Montana.
My career at Jaker’s was launched when I was hired as a prep cook in 2000. It soon became a passion as I mastered the menu and cooked my way into an assistant manager position in 2007. I came to Meridian, Idaho in April of 2007 to help open the newest Jaker’s Restaurant. I returned to Missoula, and got married in October 2007. We were settling in to our lives when Jaker’s gave me an opportunity I could not refuse. 2008 began with a move to Idaho and a new life for my wife and I. I became the General Manager of the Meridian, ID Jaker’s. Since moving into this role, I have grown immensely and am proud to call myself a part of the Jaker’s family.
