Update on Jaker’s famous Soup and Salad Bar

Here are some new items we’re featuring on our Soup and Salad Bar: An exciting mixture of Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, and Blackberries. Beautiful, Ruby Red Grapefruit sections, and freshly cooked then chilled Salad Shrimp.
In addition to our Clam Chowder, Baked Potato, Lobster Bisque, French Onion, Chicken Noodle, and the rotating Soup of the Day, we are now featuring as an everyday soup, the very popular Chicken Tortilla. All of our soups are home-made fresh every day.
Our salads featured daily are: Tossed, Caesar, Asian Chopped Blue Cheese, Potato, and Pasta. Now we have added a Spinach Salad. Fresh Spinach leaves are marinated with mushrooms, jack cheese, bacon bits and tossed in a Red Wine and Oil Vinaigrette.
Along with our sunflower seeds, rice sticks, croutons, bacon bits, and won ton strips, we have added cashews to our salad condiments.
Our Soup and Salad Bar is available Monday thru Friday from 11:30am to 4:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 4:00pm. We look forward to seeing you.

St. Patrick’s Day Irish Buffet

Wednesday, March 17th is St. Patrick’s Day. We will be having a buffet from 4:00 to 9:00pm. Our buffet includes: Hand Carved Corned Beef, Steamed Cabbage, Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes, Shepherd’s Pie, Lamb Stew and Chicken & Dumplings. The price is $16.99 for adults, $14.99 for seniors, and $10.99 for kids. We have some fun drink specials for the day, they include Irish Monks, Irish Coffees, and Grasshoppers. Available 4pm to close are 2 for 1 Green Beers and Guinness Black and Tans.

Easter Sunday Buffet

Sunday, April 4th is Easter! We will be having our Easter buffet from 11am to 4pm. Our buffet includes: hand carved Roast Beef, hand carved Turkey, sliced Ham, Stuffing, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Beef and Turkey Gravy, Green Bean Casserole, our famous salad bar, and home-made Apple Crisp. The price is $19.99 for adults, $15.99 for seniors, and $9.99 for kids. Make your reservations today. Walk-ins are welcome but seats do go fast.

New Happy Hour Menu

We have a new Happy Hour Appetizer Menu. It includes Fried Zucchini served with Wasabi Ranch, Fried Mushrooms served with Wasabi Ranch, Combination Fried Zucchini and Fried Mushrooms served with Marinara and Wasabi Ranch, Onion Rings served with Chipotle Mayo, extra thin crust Margherita Pizza, extra thin crust Meat Pizza with choice of Bar-B-Q Chicken, Sausage, Pepperoni, or combination Sausage and Pepperoni, Ground Beef Nachos, and Fried Artichoke Hearts served with Béarnaise. All of our fried food is hand dipped in Widmer Tempura. All Happy Hour Appetizers are $5 or $6 dollars. Hours are 4-6pm and 9-11pm, Monday thru Saturday.
