"We visit Jakers at least a couple times a month. We love it for its calm environment where we can hear the conversations, and for its delicious food - we have never ordered anything that wasn't absolutely delicious. The staff is welcoming and very attentive. And the food is always served in a timely manner. It is, and has been for many years, our favorite "go to" restaurant." - Pam New

"Excellent Food and service! You might be fooled by the appearance of the outside building, however this is a very beautiful restaurant and the customer service and friendly staff is outstanding. They care about every aspect from Customer service to the quality and cooking of the food. The dinner we had was a steak dinner with salad and bake potato. "Our family has always enjoyed Jakers delicious food and great service. But in May 2020 they exceeded any expectations we had. Because of Covid all food was "take out" only so we hoped everything for our order would be in the bag. When we opened the bag everything for the meal was there. Everything! Plus a little extra. "Jakers is improving by the day to where now the food is excellent as well as the service! The steaks are excellent the prime rib dip sandwich is excellent the shrimp plate is excellent I really enjoy the salads and Jakers has a very nice atmosphere. The staff tries very hard to satisfy your needs and the food is presented very nicely. My steak was presented in a simmering hot plate with herbs and butter it was still sizzling. The salad plates are frozen cold and the salads or a fine quality. Sometimes I get the large shrimp prawns and they are excellent and four of them are large and with the meal fill me up.
